All Maxx series Lasers are protected with a 2-year warranty.

Do not under any circumstance attempt to repair or open the laser without authorization as this will void all warranties.

If you are experiencing issues with your lasers and require service, please click the link below or contact us at support@cemarelectro.com. A service manager will contact you within 1 business day, provide you with a service ticket number and a preliminary assessment if possible.

Please have your model number, serial number, and a brief description of the issue ready.

RETURNING GOODS:

Do not send without prior authorization.

Should it be determined that you will have to return the unit for service you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA #) reference number to return the laser, this number must appear on the exterior of the box and on all related documents and communication.
